After finally installing a brand new septic system with the team from Dayton Construction in Alta Wyoming last summer we were ready to design & build the silo home!
Our original designer, Meghan Hansen from Natural Dwellings Architecture, was on sabbatical and unable to start back up on the Double Silo home design project.

The design ended up being slightly larger than the original sketches by Megan, but the slightly larger space added some very cool design elements….In the end we landed on 757 ft.², plus the porches…
